It can be in an open or sealed box (will be specified). 1-year product warranty covers all functional damage(buttons don’t work, phone won’t turn on, phone battery dying quickly, WiFi not working, sound issues, camera issues, etc.), but does not cover physical damage like cracked screen or water damage although we can repair this for a small fee plus cost of part.  A full all-inclusive warranty is available.
